Week 40, Day 4:
- Floor tiling in the bathrooms – the tiles are now installed in about half of the rooms
- Delivery of the appliances for the kitchen ready for those to be installed next week
- Tidying up the external corners on the cedar cladding
- More plastering in the ground-floor rooms
- More second-fix electrical, preparing some of the connections in the Plant Room
- There’s now power to some of the circuits, including the PIR-switched lights in the Plant, Comms and Storage Rooms on the Second Floor

Floor tiles (without grout yet) in the Second-Floor Bathroom
Floor tiling (without grout yet) in the En-Suite for Bedroom 3
Finishing touches to the cedar cladding at the external corners
