38, Day 3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Week 38, Day 3:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The first change in the outside view for a while &#8211; the team from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fullmetalroofing.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\">Full Metal Roofing<\/a> are back on site and have been working on the south roof\n<ul>\n<li>After lots of discussion the agreement is to install a &#8220;structured underlay&#8221; under the zinc sheets on both the north and south roof<\/li>\n<li>This underlay has a springy plastic mesh which creates an air space between the zinc and the supporting OSB, allowing for a degree of ventilation and importantly letting any condensation which might form under the zinc drain away<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>More plastering, more electrical first-fix and more door frames<\/li>\n<li>Installing the recessed LED strip light in the entrance hall<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div id=\"attachment_2755\" style=\"width: 1290px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a
