{"id":4195,"date":"2017-05-03T21:00:20","date_gmt":"2017-05-03T20:00:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.marshflattsfarm.org.uk\/wordpress\/?p=4195"},"modified":"2017-05-03T21:40:54","modified_gmt":"2017-05-03T20:40:54","slug":"solaredge-public-solar-pv-generation-dashboard","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.marshflattsfarm.org.uk\/wordpress\/?p=4195","title":{"rendered":"SolarEdge Public Solar PV Generation Dashboard"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As much for my benefit as anyone else&#8217;s, Marsh Flatts Farm is now listed on SolarEdge&#8217;s Public solar power generation dashboard website <a href=\"https:\/\/monitoringpublic.solaredge.com\/solaredge-web\/p\/site\/public?name=Marsh%20Flatts%20Farm&amp;locale=en_GB#\/dashboard\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a>\u00a0(there&#8217;s also a private website with more detailed information, which I&#8217;m keeping to myself).<\/p>\n<p>The solar PV system consists of panels from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.solarworld-uk.co.uk\/home\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SolarWorld<\/a> and an inverter from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.solaredge.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SolarEdge<\/a>\u00a0&#8211; all installed by the nice people at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.carbonlegacy.co.uk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Carbon Legacy<\/a>. It&#8217;s the inverter which is the &#8220;brains&#8221; of the system, collecting operational data and uploading that to SolarEdge&#8217;s servers on the Internet, hence it&#8217;s SolarEdge who host the dashboard (and it was my decision to make it public &#8211; on the basis that it&#8217;s not giving away any particular secrets, just how much sunshine there has been\u00a0in south Derby).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As much for my benefit as anyone else&#8217;s, Marsh Flatts Farm is now listed on SolarEdge&#8217;s Public solar power generation dashboard website here\u00a0(there&#8217;s also a private website with more detailed information, which I&#8217;m keeping to myself).
