1. Open plan dining kitchen.
2. Good sized island unit for food preparation, perhaps coupled with a breakfast bar and acting as a room divider.
3. Standard worktop height seems to be 900mm. For obvious reasons I’d prefer to go higher. This page says 1200mm for someone 2m tall but that seems a little extreme. Would be ideal to include worktops at different levels to suit different people and different tasks.
4. LPG for cooking?
   1. Couple of 47kg LPG cylinders should be more than adequate
   2. Need to be mounted outside in something like this or in a brick-built enclosure
   3. Automatic change-over when a cylinder is empty via something like this
