- The start of the preparation of the Western Red Cedar cladding boards
- These get a coat of Osmo Clear UV-Protection Oil Extra (420 Clear Semi-Matt) before being installed
- Completion of the external insulation on the gable walls of the Structural Insulated Panels
- More first-fix of plumbing and electrical systems
