AECB Annual Conference, Bradford, 12 – 13 July 2013

I’m a base level (“supporting individual”) member of AECB, the Sustainable Building Association (AECB stands for Association for Environment Conscious Building). I originally joined in order to get a subscription to the Green Building Magazine and access to the full set of CarbonLite guidance documents, and because it’s a worthwhile cause.

I enjoy reading many of the Green Building Magazine articles and it looks like the annual conference will be more of the same but with a greater opportunity for interaction with the specialists. Alan from Eco Design Consultants spoke highly of previous AECB conferences which helped me decide to attend this year. It will be good to spend a couple of days in Bradford; I haven’t visited since my University days in Leeds back in the 90s.
