Yesterday I made an offer on the plot and after a small amount of negotiation this was accepted. Still some way to go before it is actually mine, obviously, but this is a big step in the right direction.

Along with colleagues at the Centre for Housing Policy, University of York, I am undertaking some research into the potentialf or self build housing on beahlf of Lloyds Banking Group.
