- More snagging and general tidying up
- The final inspection visit from the Building Control Officer who will now proceed to issue the Completion Certificate
- Installation of the Orifice Plate to restrict the flow out of the Swale that takes the rainwater from the roof, in the unlikely event of the swale ever filling to the level of the outlet
