Week 45, Day 4:

• MVHR commissioning by Steve from the Green Building Store, adjusting all the air valves to deliver the correct flow rates and setting the Low, Medium and High fan speeds
• More second-fix on the intruder and fire alarm system, installing the control panel, keypad etc.
• More second-fix electrical, including installing some of the wall lights
• More work on the door furniture, including the lock on the Plant Room door
