Week 48, Day 3:
- Good progress on the balustrade for the balcony, installing the brackets for the handrail and the clamps for the glass panel
- Some initial preparations for finishing off the staircase
- Nearing completion with the plumbing for the Ground Source Heat Pump
- More second-fix electrical, mainly working on the 230V DALI dimmers for the mains-voltage lighting circuits
