Week 54, Day 2:

Installation of the Phone Line into the house, using the armoured cable previously routed from the Comms room to the underground joint box outside
- This isn’t operational yet due to a fault on the line between the Distribution Point and the Cabinet which should be fixed within a day or two
Laying the rubber tiles over their underlay on the balcony
- These are Eurodec Premier Rubber Tiles in grey which protect the Sarnafil single-ply membrane beneath while allowing water to drain though

Week 54, Day 2

Week 52, Day 4:

The first-floor balcony is now nearing completion, with the team from Alvaston Glass installing the three glass balustrade panels which fitted perfectly – just the floor tiles and their underlay to go
More preparation for the installation of the stair boxes, machining out the fixing holes in the ends of the steel treads where those had been adjusted
Some more finishing off elsewhere, including some boxing-in around a vent pipe in the second-floor bathroom
