The South-facing section of the Garage roof is being left until last, since that is having solar panels integrated into the roof (replacing about 12 m2 of tiles). Those are planned to be fitted on Wednesday, by the solar panel installer who are contracted directly.
With a premium-quality small-form-factor tile like the Dreadnought, the saving on roof tiles by using roof-integrated solar panels is significant; the cost of the panels is the same as the cost of the displaced tiles.
