  • The engineered oak wood flooring boards were delivered – these will be left to acclimatise inside the house before being installed
  • The Sika Sarnafil single-ply roofing membrane was installed on the first-floor balcony by Derwent Roofing Services
  • The computer network patch panel installation was completed
  • More work on the plastering
  • More work on the electrical second-fix
  • More work on the zinc roofing, completing some of the fiddly work around the eaves and the soffits

Week 34, Day 5

Week 34, Day 5:

  • Some very heavy rain showers, hence the generally-damp look and the muddy puddles
  • The Ground Source Heat Pump and its accompanying tanks were delivered ready for installation next week
  • Some more electrical first-fix, mostly low-voltage cabling to the LED down-lighters from their (remote) drivers
  • Battening out the Master Bedroom walls and (sloping) ceiling ready for plasterboard – see photos below
