• More progress with the zinc roofing, nearly completing the south roof and starting to install the underlay on the north (curved) roof
• More electrical second-fix – computer network outlets and light switches on the second floor
• More plastering, getting the bathrooms ready for tiling (and better visibility of the plaster in the stairwell now the internal scaffolding has been removed)

Week 38, Day 4:

• Another day with a significant change visible from the time-lapse camera – the standing-seam zinc roof covering has started going on the south roof
• Second-fix has started for the electrical installation, with mains sockets now installed on the second floor and the 9u, 19″ communications equipment rack mounted on the wall in the Comms Room on the second floor
• More wet plastering, aiming to get the bathrooms ready for sanitaryware and tiling next week
