• No work on site today but more preparation of the staircase tread end-caps off-site in the workshop

Week 55, Day 2

Week 55, Day 1:

• Over the weekend I started commissioning the kitchen appliances – cleaning them and running their “first use” programmes, and cleaning the kitchen cupboards and starting to remove the blue protective film
• I also fitted two of the ceiling speakers (in the kitchen) and hooked up a small amplifier to test them, and they’re working fine
• With the inside tidied and some decent weather the team spent most of the day tidying up the outside so now it looks a lot better in the overview shot
• I spent the evening installing the LED lighting strips in the Ground Floor WC so those are now working from the PIR sensor
