Week 28, Day 2:

  • A weird day for weather – cold overnight then alternately sunny and showery (including some snow flurries)
    • Despite the cold weather it’s already quite warm in the house, with lots of doors open and no heating
  • Lots of activity from painters, plumbers, joiners and electricians
  • Good progress installing the first of the cedar cladding on the west wall

Week 28, Day 1:

  • Some rain showers through the day, hence the spots on the camera lens and applying the oil to the cedar boards had to move inside
  • More electrical first-fix
  • Installing the ALUTRIX membrane over the black primer on the underside of the roof, and priming the areas not done on Friday
