Week 54, Day 3:

Quite a busy day with good progress on electrical and plumbing second-fix
The most notable progress was with the glass balustrades for the staircases which are about 2/3 installed and should be finished tomorrow

Week 54, Day 2:

Installation of the Phone Line into the house, using the armoured cable previously routed from the Comms room to the underground joint box outside
- This isn’t operational yet due to a fault on the line between the Distribution Point and the Cabinet which should be fixed within a day or two
Laying the rubber tiles over their underlay on the balcony
- These are Eurodec Premier Rubber Tiles in grey which protect the Sarnafil single-ply membrane beneath while allowing water to drain though
