No changes visible in the standard overview photo because all of the activity was out of shot, to the bottom-left. Quite a bit more digging for the stormwater drainage, bringing that out of the Courtyard and then North towards (what will be) the attenuation pond.

The main member of the on-site build team is away on holiday for a few days but the groundworks team were on-site to make progress with the complicated maze of pipes and ducts at the Western end of the Courtyard. There’s a Blue duct ready for the two 32mm MDPE water pipes (which were found next to the foundation for the retaining wall) and – not in the photo below – another duct for the communications cables.

There’s a bit of re-work required for the rainwater drain pipe running diagonally across by the doorway – that’s ended up too high to have any sensible ‘cover’ below paving, so it’s going to be moved slightly to the right and swapped with the vent pipe for the sewage plant (which is what is forcing it ‘high’).
