Week 30, Day 5:
- As usual these days, more first-fix of the electrical and plumbing systems
- A site meeting with the lighting designer to finalize the design for the second floor lighting where we’re having to use low-profile and surface-mount fittings because there’s only a shallow service void between the plasterboard and the SIPs
- Work preparing for the wet plaster on the masonry walls, applying pro clima Contega PV tape on the edges of the plywood boxes for the windows
- This has a mesh component which embeds in the plaster and a fleecy component which also sticks to the plaster and provides an air seal
- A delivery of semi-rigid pipes for the ventilation system
