Week 28, Day 2:

• A weird day for weather – cold overnight then alternately sunny and showery (including some snow flurries)
  • Despite the cold weather it’s already quite warm in the house, with lots of doors open and no heating
• Lots of activity from painters, plumbers, joiners and electricians
• Good progress installing the first of the cedar cladding on the west wall

Week 27, Day 5:

• More first-fix, plumbing and electrical
• More preparation of the cedar cladding boards
• More progress installing the black membrane that goes under the cedar cladding together with the vertical timber battens that will support the horizontal cedar boards
• Priming the inside of the SIPs ready for the installation of the ALUTRIX membrane
