More roof tiling – and another few days forecast to be over 30C – the last section of roof tiles over the Workshop and some fiddly bits around the valley where the Workshop roof meets the Garage roof, and lead flashing on the section below, where the Workshop roof meets the wall.

Monthly progress valuation meeting with the Architect.
Most of the rest of the roof trusses are now installed above the Garages (appearing at the top-left of the overview photo) – except where they have been temporarily omitted to provide access to build the internal dividing walls. Work is ongoing to install the bracing for the trusses. The wall in yesterday’s photo has been taken a bit higher – as far as it can without another lift of scaffolding – so the masonry work has now moved onto the other internal wall and the gable wall at the north-east corner.
There was also one of the monthly on-site meetings with the Architect, to review progress to date and to agree a valuation for another stage-payment.
