Week 48, Day 4:

The team from Alvaston Glass were on-site for most of the day making templates for the tempered glass balustrades on the staircases and the balcony
More second-fix electrical, with more installations in the Plant Room (notably the sub-meter for the Ground Source Heat Pump) and more LED drivers on the First Floor

Temporary wooden boxes over staircase treads in preparation for templating for the glass

Week 48, Day 3:

Good progress on the balustrade for the balcony, installing the brackets for the handrail and the clamps for the glass panel
Some initial preparations for finishing off the staircase
Nearing completion with the plumbing for the Ground Source Heat Pump
More second-fix electrical, mainly working on the 230V DALI dimmers for the mains-voltage lighting circuits
