Week 71, Day 3:
- The day started early with another air pressure test which measured a result of 0.86 ACH @ 50 pa – compared to 0.92 at the previous test 9 weeks ago
- So going the right way but the remedial work under the balcony didn’t have the dramatic effect the build team were hoping for
- For reference, this equates to a hole of area 0.25 sq cm per sq m of area (and the area is 660 sq m) so that’s 165 sq cm, or an area roughly 13 cm x 13 cm
- A bit more work on the stone cladding, though without the two extra tilers helping out
