More progress with the first-fix (and second-fix) electrical installation and more roof tiling on the one remaining section – the North-facing roof over the Garage. That’s now used up the last of the tiles on-site and the remaining few thousand aren’t due until early next week. There are 100 ridge tiles on-site (more will be required to finish the job) but those are waiting for the new Dry-Ridge Fitting Kits, due in the same delivery. There’s also Guttering on-site – but not yet any Gutter brackets… – so building work (apart from the electrics) will resume after the Bank Holiday weekend.

More progress on the roof tiling, completing the South-facing section of the Garage roof then moving back to progress the North-facing section – and good progress with the first-fix electrical installation (although there’s an element of second-fix happening too, since the usual requirement to wait for plastering and plasterboard installation etc. doesn’t apply to this non-domestic building).
