Another day over 30C, making for difficult working conditions on site. More roof tiling – the start of work on the North-facing section of the Garage roof.
Also the start of the installation of the GSE in-roof tray system for the solar panels, on the South-facing section of the Garage roof.
More roof tiling – up to the ridge at the East end of the Garage roof, then over to the other side of the Workshop-to-Garage roof valley. That’s a perfect place to stop to act as a basis to locate the in-roof trays for the solar panels, in order to minimise the need to cut the tiles as they fit around the trays. Those trays are due to be installed starting tomorrow.
