Day 2:
- Not great weather – plenty of rain showers
- Setting out corner boards based on my string lines
- Laying pads for the site welfare cabins
- Removing the turf from where the house will be
- Excavating the old cellar (nearest the camera) which turned out to be about 1.8m deep with concrete slabs at the bottom
