While the visible progress on Day 5 was modest the site welfare cabins are now connected to electricity, water and drainage and I made progress marking out some datum lines for the ground source heat pump collector loops which involved hacking back quite a lot of weeds. The grass and the teasels are OK but the brambles are a pain – quite literally in many cases.

I noticed that some of the end-of-day photos are looking a little dark so here’s one from the weekend.
