Week 44, Day 5:

Grouting of some of the bathroom tiles
Finishing the installation of the internal doors
More skirting boards and architraves
More second-fix electrical, mostly installing more of the downlights on the First Floor

Week 44, Day 4:

Lots of work on the ventilation system
- Installing the warm-water Duct Heater into the supply duct in the Plant Room
- Completing most of the other ducting in the Plant Room
- Installing most of the air valves in the various rooms
More second-fix electrical, including installing the DIN rail boxes for the lighting controls on the First Floor
More work on the skirtings, architraves and window boards
