  • More templating of the glass for the staircase – photo below
  • More second-fix electrical, installing and commissioning some more of the LED drivers
  • More work to complete the installation of the Ground Source Heat Pump, including installing the various temperature sensors (internal, external and on the hot water and heating buffer tanks)

Week 48, Day 4:

  • The team from Alvaston Glass were on-site for most of the day making templates for the tempered glass balustrades on the staircases and the balcony
  • More second-fix electrical, with more installations in the Plant Room (notably the sub-meter for the Ground Source Heat Pump) and more LED drivers on the First Floor
