The damp-proof-courses – the inner one will get joined to a membrane over the beam-and-block floor before the insulation goes over the floor

The “double damp” – two layers of damp-proof-course membrane, one immediately above the blue bricks and one just visible above the first block – which gives the option to bring the external ground level up to the top of the blue bricks to match the internal floor level

Lots of Ancon TeploTie cavity wall ties – such a large number used here because there is relatively little wall structure in this area
